Istanbul Sirkeci Hotel

I've been to a lot of hotels, but I've never experienced this kindness and friendliness anywhere! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and available 24 hours a day. They can help you with anything, they even do much more than usual! The hotel includes a trans-continental breakfast in the price, which is incredibly plentiful, the selection is huge, completely self-service, without limits, unlike many hotels, they don't monitor your consumption!!! The equipment of the room is perfectly adequate, it has its own kettle and its own safe! A remarkable detail is the way the hotel takes care to ensure that the guest's relaxation is perfect, without any problems. Special thanks for it, to Burhan (Hotel Manager) and Ahmad who is the funnest guy I've met recently, very nice guy! His favorite saying is ya ya ya 😁😁😁 I love every minute in the hotel! 🛏️🏨

We spent 10 days at Istanbul Sirkeci Hotel and had a experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring everyone felt welcome and well cared for. Location is perfect, right next to the tram and metro, and just a 10-minute walk from Hagia Sophia. While the room was compact, it included all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Istanbul.

The best thing was the location. And two of the staff members were friendly, especially Ugur.

No complaints at all with the room, staff or location. Location very central, area pleasant and safe. Staff just great, really nice and helpful. Room good size and well maintained for price we paid.

I like everything, the location is great - this is the best part of Istanbul. The hotel is small, but very comfortable and you feel like home. The staff is so friendly and kind, they are the best, they make everything to make you feel good and satisfied. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The hotel is near public transport and also near the city landmarks. We will definitely come again! Thank you for everything!
