Istanbul Sirkeci Hotel

I've been to a lot of hotels, but I've never experienced this kindness and friendliness anywhere! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and available 24 hours a day. They can help you with anything, they even do much more than usual! The hotel includes a trans-continental breakfast in the price, which is incredibly plentiful, the selection is huge, completely self-service, without limits, unlike many hotels, they don't monitor your consumption!!! The equipment of the room is perfectly adequate, it has its own kettle and its own safe! A remarkable detail is the way the hotel takes care to ensure that the guest's relaxation is perfect, without any problems. Special thanks for it, to Burhan (Hotel Manager) and Ahmad who is the funnest guy I've met recently, very nice guy! His favorite saying is ya ya ya 😁😁😁 I love every minute in the hotel! 🛏️🏨

Amazing location, right in the heart of the city! During my stay, I unfortunately injured my ankle, but Mustafa at the reception went above and beyond to assist and support me. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. Highly recommend this place for both its convenience and exceptional service!
